- Cancellations & Changes
Any request for cancellation or change must be made in writing to Seek Travel. It is not our policy to refund any monies paid however we are able to, reschedule your dates, transfer to another passenger or suspend the program up to a period not exceeding 12 months. - Travel Insurance
It is required that all passengers travel with a suitable comprehensive travel insurance policy to guard against cancellation expenses, and unexpected medical, lost luggage etc. Seek Travel can assist in the purchase of an appropriate policy. - Changes to Itinerary
Occasionally there may be unforeseen changes in transportation and event schedules that are beyond our control. We will make every effort to operate as per the advised itinerary but we reserve the right to make adjustments if required. - DisabilitiesAny physical, mental or emotional disability that may require special handling, attention or treatment must be reported in writing when the reservation is requested.

Seek Travel will take all reasonable steps to provide comfortable & enjoyable travel arrangements, but accepts no liability for any loss of enjoyment. - Travel Documents
For travel arrangements, a valid passport is required for all participants. The passport must have a minimum of six months validity. Though Seek Travel can assist in getting the correct visas & documentation it is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure all documentation is correct prior to travel.
